Milestones in my Life

Why is that once we reach a certain age we must discard the things that made up happy. We must move on from the things we liked?
Well i say forget! Here are some of the things I am proud to say I still like and why I liked them in the first place.

1) Barney: He brought us the clean up song, which might I add still plays in my head when i clean, and taught us to share and care about one another. I hate to tell you this but if you are a kid from the 90's you liked him too. We all did.

2) Slap bracelets: I really don't know how to explain this one, There was something about smacking yourself with a piece of fuzzy cover metal to make it wrap around your wrist that was just fun.

3)Barbies: Yes Barbie. The woman with every job imaginable. From Astronaut to mom to McDonald's worker. You could be anything you wanted. Today's alternative being Brats... 16 year old girls who are unrealistically skinny with clothes that would make your mother smack you and never seen in school.. I will take Barbies..

4)Paper Dolls: I love these because they were cheap so you could get a lot of them and your parents wouldn't say no.. But now I love printing them out to color for my sister.

5)Sticker Books. Before Pokemon and Yugioh people collected Sticker books! Sure they didn't have cool names but they had scratch and sniff.

6)Lite Bright: They were actually a toy of the 80's but when I was younger they were still around. My cousin Brittney had on I did not, But i remember playing with it more than i did her. However I would like to point out my birthday is coming up...

7)Cartoons: Not new ones they all suck. But the old ones from the 90's like ducktales, Doug, Rocko's Modern Life, And Salior moon loved it
